The existing contractor carpark facility and associated service roadway, comprising a mix of existing stone base and also tarmac surface treatment, including 8 no. Existing lighting poles, smoking shelter and bicycle rack. Planning permission is also sought for the extension of the existing contractor carpark by 2m to the east, upgrading of the existing surface finish to a tarmac finish throughout, installation of line markings and kerbing to accommodate the construction of 178 no. Permanent carparking spaces which includes for the designation of 18 no. New e-car charging carparking spaces and 1 no. New disabled carparking space, complete with all necessary drainage works and the replacement of all existing lighting poles, the alteration of existing tree line and all necessary alterations to accommodate the works, complete with all associated site works and ancillary accommodation.
