The development will consist of: i) a new mv electrical building to comprise electrical rooms over an under-croft level to provide a gross floor area of approximately 168.8 square meters and a maximum height of 4.76 metres to include grated steel access platforms; ii) all associated site development and ancillary works including modifications to footpaths, drainage and utility services, and ground works.
