The development of a new purified water utility (puw) building. The development will consist of: i) a new purified water utility (puw) building with two no. Levels, to provide a gross floor area of approximately 281 square meters and a maximum height of 15.0 meters at the building stair core; ii) all associated site development and ancillary works including modifications to footpaths, drainage and utility services, service connections to existing high-level piperacks and landscaping works.
