Product manufacturing units, 6 no associated air circulation stacks; a tank farm for the recovered (raw material) and manufactured liquids, two storey administration building, a sprinkler tank, a surface water attenuation tank, a single storey pump house, a weighbridge and 22 no. Carparking spaces, 6 no. Cycle parking spaces, 2 no. Hgv/container parking spaces, all ancillary works above and below ground, landscaping and boundary treatments. The application as described is for an activity which will be subject of an industrial emissions, (ie) licence. An environmental impact assessment report (eiar) together with revised plans to detail the reduced scale of the tank farm relocated away from boundary, roofed and with an enhanced landscaped buffer on all boundaries and retained tree groupings, has been submitted.
