Planning permission for the retention of 3no. Storage sheds ancillary to the use of existing guesthouse, of retention of secondary service access & additional guest car park, together with planning permission for the retention of a self-contained unit, guest yoga studio and guest spa building ancillary to the use of existing guesthouse as constructed to the north and north west of the subject site.
