The proposed development consists of the demolition of the blackhorse inn public house and the adjoining pair of semi-detached houses at nos. 229 & 231 tyrconnell road (total demolition: 976m2). The proposed development consists of the construction of a 3-7 storey building, accommodating 56 no.
