M) and reinstatement works; installation of a new package substation (10kv) (c. 6.2 sq. M and c. 2.8 in height) separate and to the north of existing substation building on an elevated platform (c. 30 sq. M and c. 1m in height); installation of new sheet piles on the landside to mitigate wash-out of sediment through the existing rock armour; adjustments to the existing surface parking layout; removal, relocation and replacement of a portion of existing fencing and gates (2.7m high); provision of 2 no.
