The development will consist of a unified state services facility including: 2 no. Inspection sheds (each 207sq. M and 7.5m in height), 2 no. Single storey state service office blocks (each 266sq. M and 3.5m in height), 5 no. Immigration control booths with a total floor area of 66sq. M and including canopy (293sq. M and 7.7m in height) and 4 no.
