Saw part 9 planning and development regulations 2001 si. 600/2001 the commissioners of public works in ireland in accordance with the provisions of part 9, planning and development regulations 2001 (as amended), propose to carry out works at: 13 a o'connell street upper, dublin, d01 ef98. The proposed development works comprises a change of external signage at no 13a o'connell street upper, dublin. Proposed change will involve partial removal of existing external signage and replacement with new to match. Existing 'irish tourist assistance service' sign will be removed and replaced with 'tourist sos' sign. The new sign will be fixed back to the existing fascia. A desktop appropriate assessment screening was undertaken for the proposed development. It concluded that there will be no likely significant effects on any natura 2000 sites, either alone or in combination with, any other plans or projects. A preliminary examination for environmental impact assessment and appropriate assessment screening was undertaken for the proposed development. It concluded that having regard to the nature, scale and location of the proposed project, neither eia screening or an appropriate assessment is not required. Any person may, within 4 weeks from the date of this notice, apply to an bord pleanála for a screening determination as to whether the development would be likely to have significant effects on the environment.
