The proposed development will consist of the conversion of two penthouse apartments, no. 16 is 88.5m2 and no. 17 is 128.2m2, to use as a single 3no. Bedroomed apartment totalling 218.5m2, with associated internal modifications and development works, including the partial demolition of the party wall between the two apartments, the removal of 1no. Sliding door from the north elevation and its replacement with a high level opening window, the blocking up of 1no.
