M on the north elevation of the new stand; provision of 2 no. Roof maintenance access platforms; and; provision of 2 no. Additional pitch access points from the lower tier seating and reduction of vomitory widths. C) amendments to the permitted finishes including omission of glazing at level 1, and part replacement of render with precast concrete at level
  • D) increase in total capacity of the stand to 6,844 (69 no. Additional spectators). There is no increase in the overall footprint of the permitted new stand.
