- We, m. Y. Talbot properties limited, intend to apply for permission for development at this site at 13-18 store street and moland place, dublin
- The development will consist of
- Demolition of 2 storey building no. 13 store street; partial demolition of the rear wall, return walls, and roof structure of 2 storey building at no. 14 store street (171 sqm to be demolished in total) and retention of eastern elevation and adjacent gate structure to rear yard fronting store street
- Demolition of the western masonry boundary wall with existing stone elements to be reused in the construction of a replacement boundary wall section and facing to west elevation of building
