- Removal / demolition of five no. Single storey prefabricated classrooms, hard landscaped courtyard area along with bicycle shelter
- The construction of a new community centre building (gfa 1,221.15dqm) comprising of two levels, ground floor level of entrance foyer, sports hall, changing rooms, kitchenette, (gfa 927.60sqm), first floor level consisting of viewing gallery/gym/multi-purpose room, 2 no. Meeting rooms / studios and meeting room / community room (gfa 293.55sqm) and all associated ancillary accommodation including plant room, circulation areas, kitchenette, storage areas, and welfare facilities
- The construction of a new preschool building (gfa 569.69 sqm) comprising of a single level with secure access lobby with reception area, five no. Classrooms each with dedicated toilet facilities and two with nappy-changing facilities, all associated ancillary accommodation including sleep rooms, staff room, staff toilets, storage rooms, kitchen facility and universal access toilet. Externally a secure enclosed outdoor amenity space provided with a covered walkway which connects to external facilities, storage areas and toilet facilities with the main building. New bicycle shelter and bin store enclosure provided to the front of the building
- The installation of a new synthetic all weather playing pitch (gfa 6,055.97 sqm) enclosed with a 4m high anti climb black welded mesh fence and equipped with six led floodlights enabling year-round use
- The development will also include retaining the existing vehicular entrance along “fearann ri” road, the provision of 50 no. Car parking spaces (including 4 no. Accessible spaces), with 56 no. Covered bicycle spaces to serve both the community centre and synthetic all weather playing pitch, 13 no. Car parking spaces (including
