All houses and apartments are contained in two storey buildings in height and comprise a mix of terrace and semi-detached typologies. House type f (4-bed semi-detached) and house type g ( 5 bed- semi-detached) include residential accommodation at attic/second level with associated rooflights. The apartments include balconies/ground floor terraces as private open space provision. The development includes public open space including play facilites, a new vehicular access from upper park road, all internal roadsand footpaths including a number of homezones/shared surfaces, boundary treatment and hard and soft lansscaping, draingae works for the new development and all associated and ancillary works. The proposed development also includes a new two-way cyclepath and a footpath along upper park road, with pedestrian crossings on upper park road, a two storey creche of c. 417 sq.
