Bedrooms on ground and first floor; additional ground floor alterations to include a new kitchen, revised toilet layout, and ancillary facilities; all associated internal and external alterations; and all associated site development works. Permission is also sought for
: alterations with a change of use of the adjoining alms house which is also a protected structure (rps ref. : ttp98 and niah ref. No. 21003350). Works to include the change of use of an existing retail and office building into additional hotel accommodation to be integrated with the adjoining warehouse into a combined 37 bedroom boutique hotel.
