Mixed use units into a single occupancy restaurant which is a protected structure (rps ref. : ttp98 and niah ref. No. 21003350) and adjoins and is within the curtilage of a former warehouse building which is also a protected structure (rps ref. : ttp 99 and niah ref. No. 21003352). The alterations to the previously granted application include: i) an altered layout and reduction in proposed floor area which includes the removal of the previously proposed orangerie and fire escape stairs; ii) alterations to the proposed external envelope to include a revised front façade and shop front and provision of new fire escape exit on the northern elevation onto market place; iii) the reconstruction of the western wall facing onto the courtyard with associated alterations to the lean to roof section to the rear (west) of the building; (iv) the demolition and reinstatement of the existing single storey annex to the south of the building; and (v) all ancillary site development works
