No. 23/60157 for the refurbishment and change of use of the existing derelict 3 and 5 storey warehouse which is a protected structure (rps ref. : ttp99 and niah ref. No. 21003352) to a boutique hotel. The alterations to the previously granted permission include
  • Provision of pv panels on the west facing pitched roof (facing brogue makers lane) and surface mounted service extracts
  • Alterations to the existing facades, to include i) modifications of the existing window openings on the east and west elevations, and ii) reconfiguration of the glazed curtain wall and cladding at fourth floor level
  • Increase to the overall ridge height due to increase in floor levels to accommodate services
  • Alterations to the proposed internal layout of the proposed hotel including a) reconfiguration of ground floor layout including revised stair arrangement, toilet and store layout, and enlarged public foyer area; b) reconfigured bedroom layouts on the upper levels; and c) addition of a new plant area at attic level; and
