Hydrokinetic turbines, associated anchors and marker buoys upstream of thomond weir in the river shannon, a junction box and cable carrying metal conduit along a section of thomond weir, connection of the cable to the esb building on brown's quay, placement of power conditioning and power storage unit within the building and the placement of a portacabin in the grounds of the esb building at brown's quay, limerick city.
