- The development will consist of works located inside the clonburris sdz relating to the stage 2 roads, public parks/open space areas and services infrastructure works (as part of a separate concurrent application) as per the clonburris sdz planning scheme (2019) to facilitate the future development of the northern part of the overall sdz comprising: a) the construction of c. 2.3km of a new link street clonburris northern link street (cnls) and approximately 800m of side streets including ancillary cycle facilities, pedestrian crossings, traffic signals, footpaths, car parking (79 no. Spaces) public lighting as well as services infrastructure (including esb, comms, gas main, trunk surface water sewer, and watermain) and ancillary works.
