The proposed temporary car park will facilitate 9 no. Additional hgv spaces in the existing regional distribution centre (rdc) apron, by the removal and relocation of 55 car parking spaces along with an additional, to be provided, 71 no. Car parking spaces totalling 126 no. Car spaces in the area designated for temporary parking. The proposed development will include a new dedicated segregated access for car parking off the existing roundabout serving sites 45 & 46 and a linked internal bridged access over the existing perimeter swale to connect to the existing car park. The proposed development will incorporate landscaping treatment, boundary fencing, tarmacadam access roads and access footpaths and compacted temporary loose material as specified for parking areas.
