The proposed amendments application comprises modifications to the permitted and subsequent amended scheme as follows; the demolition of units 32a, b & c (539.2 sqm) and provision of a new hgv parking area of 56 no. Spaces and associated driver welfare building (81 sqm) hgv parking provision totals 90 no. Space as per previously approved 83 no, a further reduced staff and operational car park area as totals 244 no. Car parking spaces 317 previously approved, further revisions and modifications to the existing administration block for a total floor area of 1,479 sqm, 1,791 sqm previously granted, revisions to roof profiles of extended warehouse as amended and permitted with total height increased by 0.8m from 15.465m to 16.265m, reconfigured surface water layout as facilities a new attenuation pond of 800 cubic meter capacity.
