Comprising of an extension of the existing rdc by 19,839 sqm with principal extended dimensions of 149.71m length, 132.52m width and principal height of 14.05m with a central raised roof area to maximum height of 20.85m, demolition of unit 43(an existing wholesale warehouse at site 43 2,623 sqm), demolition of the existing two storey administration block (1,058 sqm) its relocation to the extended element of the rdc and construction of a new two storey administration block (1,791 sqm) dimensions of 44.92m by 19.94m by max height of 10.91m, erection of a new two storey warehouse management building(330sqm) with external dimensions of 16.11m length by 10.21m width, new and relocated hgv and staff car parking areas to provide for total 92 no hgv's (43 existing and 49 additional) and total 317 no. Staff cars (219 existing and 98 proposed) 30 no. Covered secure cycle stands, new single storey hgv driver/staff welfare facilities block (81 sqm) maximum external dimensions 5.65m x14.55m new perimeter surface water drainage swales, 2no. Attenuation ponds, new perimeter landscaping and berm landscaping, a staff picnic/open space area, supplementary planting associated with the removal of existing cultivated tree stands; associated accommodation works to allow for the diversion of existing 110kv /esb overhead and 38kv underground power lines and relocation of existing mv substation in northern sector of site and; revised primary vehicular (hgv & car) access to the proposed development will be provided from the existing service road roundabout. The proposed development will incorporate all associated hard and soft landscaping, boundary treatment, footpaths and ancillary works above and below ground and as provides additional 1 no. Sprinkler tank to existing sprinkler tank 1 no. And pumping station and roof plant to incorporate photovoltaic panels.
