Modifications to previously granted development of extension to the existing lidl regional distribution centre (rdc) storage and distribution warehouse (wc reg reg 18/6264) a total site area of 6.77 hectares. The proposed amendment comprises modification to the permitted scheme as follows; the reduction of warehouse floor area by 2,207 sqm, as now totals 57,617 sqm, a reduced length of 39.24 m and a reduced maximum height by 3.85m, the associated repositioning of the permitted photovoltaic panels in association with same, the retention of the existing two storey administration block 1,058 sqm (previously to be demolished) and its extension by 542 sqm, the omission of the permitted proposed administration block (1,791 sqm) the omission of the permitted two-storey warehouse management building (330 sqm), the omission of the hgv driver welfare block (81 sqm), the omission and amendment of new and relocated hgv and staff car parking area to provide for total 49 no. Hgv's and total 240 no. Cars, where the omission of previously permitted extended parking areas allows for a larger open space and landscaped area, reconfigured perimeter swale area and the retention of the existing hgv only access arm off the existing access roundabout.
