M, located to the southeast of the permitted ict building
  • The proposed building will accommodate battery storage rooms and circulation areas, with photovoltaic panels at roof level, and with an overall height of c. 16.8 metres. Associated buildings including a single storey power trunk building (to accommodate a control room and cable rooms, with a gfa of c. 539 sq. M and an overall height of c. 5.3 metres), a single storey bess switch room building (to accommodate control rooms and a relay room, with gfa of c. 396 sq. M and an overall height of c. 5.3 metres) and a transformer compound area to the southwest of the proposed bess facility.
