A period of 10 years for the proposed development which will consist of the following elements: installation and operation of 1 no. New 38kv substation, including a new 38kv building and compound, 38kv esb line bay, relocation of the existing 38kv cable mast, upgrades to the existing customer substation and 38kv line, c. 50m of underground cable to the customer substation, electrical equipment, underground cabling and ducting, boundary fencing, security entrance gates, cctv, internal access roads, ancillary site development, landscaping and reinstatement works. The operational lifespan of the development will be 35 years. The site of the proposed development has a total area of c. 0.54 hectares. This development is covered by the provisions of the (red iii) renewable energy directive iii (directive (eu) 2023/2413)
