- Saw: in accordance with the provisions of part 9, planning and development regulations 2001 (as amended), propose to carry out works at 89-94 capel street, dublin 1, d01 e3c6. This site lies within the capel street and environs architectural conservation area. The proposed works comprises the installation of a security roller shutter to the main entrance of 89-94 capel street, dublin
- The existing letterbox currently situated to the side of the recessed entrance shall be relocated to the front façade, fitted into the existing reconstituted stone cladding panel. A desktop appropriate assessment screening was undertaken for the proposed development. It concluded that there will be no likely significant effects on any natura 2000 sites, either alone or in combination with, any other plans or projects. A preliminary examination for environmental impact assessment and was undertaken for the proposed development. It concluded that having regard to the nature, scale and location of the proposed project, neither ela screening or an appropriate assessment is not required. Any person may, within 4 weeks from the date of this notice, apply to an bord pleanála for a screening determination as to whether the development would be likely to have significant effects on the environment.
