Protected structure (rps no. 978). The development will consist of: (i) demolition of existing 33m2 single-storey non-original extension (approved under reg. Ref. 3234/14) and construction of new 51 m2 single storey extension to the rear, (ii) internal alterations to include: unblocking of original internal door at ground floor; the removal of non-original partitions at first floor and relocation of one door; the widening of a non-original window to the return at 2nd floor, the addition of a flight of stairs to the attic, and conversion of the existing attic space at second floor level to provide for additional storage, and construction of a dormer window to rear at second floor level, (iii) provision of 4 no.
