Protected structure: the development will consist of the refurbishment and change of use of no. 10 ardee street (protected structure), a 3 storey over basement building from part dwelling, part office use to office use only; the construction of a part 3-storey with roof terrace and a part 4-storey extension with flat roof to the north and east of no. 10 ardee street to provide office accommodation and lift/stairs; the provision of a 1-storey bicycle and bin store with green roof; 12no. Bicycle parking spaces and 1 no. Car parking space in the courtyard along with provision of a new pedestrian entrance off st. Luke's avenue along with all associated landscape, conservation and site development works including a new boundary wall to eastern boundary.
