Retention & permission: retention permission is sought for the demolition of a single storey shed structure to the rear of no. 23 harrington street and to the north of no. 12 stamer street. Permission is sought for alterations to a previously granted residential development under reg. Ref. 3815/23 which included 3 no. Approved two-bedroom residential units and all associated ancillary works. The alterations proposed include: (i) construction of 2 no. Three-storey over basement semi-detached residential dwellings (house a and house b) each providing for 3 no. Bedrooms.
