- The site is principally bounded by the dublin-cork railway line to the north, the grand canal to the south, the grange castle road (r136) to the south-west and undeveloped lands to the north-west and east. The development will consist of the construction of a mixed-use development, which includes 660 no. Residential units comprising
- 264 no. Semi-detached and terraced houses (7 no. 2 bed 4 person houses, 238 no. 3 bed houses and 19 no. 4 bed houses), ranging in height from 2 to 3 storeys
- 68 no. Duplex apartment units (34 no. 2 bed 4 person units and 34 no. 3 bed units), arranged across 6 no. Duplex blocks, ranging in height from 2 to 3 storeys
