Minor modifications to the previously permitted applications an bord pleanála ref. Pl09.304672 (kildare county council ref. 19/91) and an bord pleanála ref. Pl09.248582 (kildare county council ref. 16/1229). The proposed minor modifications and reconfigurations comprise: (1) alterations and reconfigurations to roof-mounted service ducting to the permitted manufacturing buildings. This will result in an overall elevation height increase ranging between 3 to 6 metres, with an overall maximum increase of 3 metres, including structural framing and fixings. (2) the addition of a steel framed service platform to allow access to 2no. Previously permitted flue stacks to the roof of the waste water treatment building, approximately 6.6 metres wide, 11.5 metres long and approximately 8.6 metres in height from finished roof level. The application also includes a proposed alteration to the existing silane pad, to replace exiting pad-mounted gas cylinders with removeable gas trailer. This application consists of a variation to a previously permitted development for an activity for which a license under part iv of the environmental protection agency act 1992 (as amended by the protection of the environment act, 2003) is required.
